The Prestige Performance Search 7 Step Process
1. Define Objectives
We begin the Prestige Performance Process by partnering with our client companies to clearly define the objectives that a new hire will be hired to accomplish. We then identify the sub objectives, or skill sets, needed to perform in this role at the highest level.
2. Develop Performance Profile
Our Search Consultants then clean the data and create a Performance Profile to be approved by the client. This will become the foundation for a sourcing plan.
3. Create Target List of Candidates
A list of candidates and target companies will be created. This will be shared throughout the process with the client to exchange ideas on the direction of the search.
4. Recruitment and Assessment
The team at Prestige Scientific is trained in Best Recruitment Practices which gives our clients assurance knowing they have the highest chance of turning prospects into candidates. We then rigorously interview using customized assessments developed using the information extracted from our clients.
5. Candidate Presentation
In conjunction with a CV, and Candidate Profile, our clients also receive a proprietary Prestige Scientific Candidate Assessment Tool (CAT). The CAT is an objective, metrics based, assessment of the candidates tangible and intangible abilities to perform highly in the function.
6. Facilitate Interviews and Offer
Prestige Scientific candidates arrive at our client interviews fully engaged and prepared to interview. Before arriving, they've been educated about the company history, products, and the overall objectives for the role. 7. Navigate Transition
